                                                                                  You may return any eligible Vieron product within 30 days of the delivery date.

                                                                                                                                              2.Condition of Items

                                                                                                                                             To qualify for a return:

                                                                                                              -  The item must be unused and in original condition.
                                                                                               - All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
                                                             - Products showing signs of wear, damage, or customization may not be eligible for a full refund.

                                                                                                                                             3.Reasons for Return

                                                                                                                     We accept returns for the following reasons:

                                                                                                                                        - Incorrect item received
                                                                                                                                     - Damaged during shipping
                                                                                                                          - Product not functioning as intended
                                                                                                                     - Changed mind (within the return period)
                                   Note: For personalized/custom color bands or limited edition items, returns may be restricted unless the product is defective.

                                                                                                                                               4.Return Process

                                                                                                                                              To initiate a return:

                                                                        1. Email support@vierontech.com with your order number and reason for return.
                                            2. Our customer support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
                    3. Ship the product to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

                                                                                                                     Once we receive and inspect your return:

                                                         A full refund (minus shipping fees if applicable) will be issued to your original method of payment.
                                                                     Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the return.
                                                                                        You will be notified by email when the refund has been issued.
 

                                               If you received a product as part of a promotion or bundle, partial returns may affect the final refund amount.
